The First Party Story

First Party Entertainment is a woman-owned, family-run business built on a lifetime of trust. We’ve spent years discovering that we actually really like working together, and that bond is the foundation of everything we do.
We don't just "book shows." We create experiences that combine the magic of music with activations designed to spark wonder, joy, or just a really good laugh. We understand the importance of FUN - real, unbridled fun. We believe people need more of it, so we build spaces that give people permission to let go and be overcome by play.

Our goal is to create wild and wonderful worlds where reality is temporarily suspended. A place where you actually want to put your phone away, stay in the moment, and participate in the joy around you.

Our commitment to local youth is driven by our Next Generation Initiative:

The Mentorship Exchange: We bridge the gap between icons and students. We invite participants from local music and arts programs to private Q&A sessions with festival artists to discuss career, craft, and the creative life.

The Front-Row Experience: Inspiration requires a view. We provide complimentary tickets and VIP gallery access to local students, ensuring that financial barriers never stand in the way of artistic discovery.

The New Wave Spotlight: We turn over our stages to the future. Selected student bands and soloists perform during our pre-show and between-set intervals, giving them the experience of playing on a world-class rig in front of a supportive, epic crowd.

The architects behind your most iconic nostalgic fever dreams.

They also won a radio station competition in the early 90s because they sang their answering machine message. It had three-part harmony. People used to call just to listen to it.

Founder & Executive Producer

JENNY GIRARDI

Jenny combines elite production expertise with the heart of an educator. She believes art is the most powerful tool we have to express ourselves and truly connect. Jenny has directed, written, and produced in partnership with several organizations including The Recording Academy (GRAMMY), The Tribeca Festival, and The Asian Hall of Fame. She has also produced musical performances for icons including Usher.

Don't challenge Jenny to a lip synching competition. Don't do it.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

JAMIE GIRARDI

Startup founder and creative engine. Jamie spends his time scaling ventures and his off-hours practicing alternative medicine. He’s passionate about building things that matter and staying grounded while doing it. This fusion of business acumen and holistic intuition allows him to lead with a level of clarity and focus that is rare in the startup world. MBA-educated, mission-driven, and always looking for the next big challenge.

ERIN GIRARDI

Part creative genius, part executive powerhouse. Erin serves as the strategic mind behind marketing for several top-tier agencies, where her concepts are celebrated for their audacity and results. Erin also fronts the band Turtle Recall.

Yes, Erin is cooler than all of us, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Erin can tell you about every scene from a 1980's film that ripped your heart out. But don't ask her. She won't want to tell you.
